When you tithe money , you are not giving to God, you are helping to perpetuate false religion and enrich so called MOG.

Stop deceiving yourself that you are giving 10% to God, God does not need your money, he wants you to use your money to bless other believers and neighbors around you.

If you think that paying 10% means Gods blessing then you are ignorant of the truth, God blesses us because of Jesus not because of $$$$$.

Many of us who stopped tithing are still having our needs met, good health and promotion to promotion, but when we do give , we give to those who desperately need it.

I wonder who the true deceiver is here ooo. Try and open your heart to the truth. If you think what has been written is a lie or a sort of deception, then your assignment is to go back and search the scripture for yourself and ask the Holy Spirit for guidance after all that is why he is available to us in other to teach us everything. Come to think of it, if you can't help that poor widow who can barely take care of herself and kids or that jobless guy whom the whole world has turned their backs on or that little child who grew up in an orphanage with out knowing or experiencing/feeling the love of his parents, then am sorry to say that you don't worth been seen on this planet. Part of the reasons for your existence here is to show the love of God to your neighbour(hope you know who your neighbours are according to Jesus?). Remember, if you don't help them, who will?. This is dangerous doctrine. The bible is quite clear in paying tithes. Now if the leadership of the church is misusing it, then that is a different issue. Remember that you shall not muzzle the ox that treads the corn, a laborer is worth of his hire, etc.

Of course the tithe is not for God. God doesn't need money. The tithe is for the laborers in the vineyard of Christ. Those who have given all to labor in the ministry full-time (all the church workers). It is also required so that there is plenty in the church so that the church can provide assistance to the poor, the widows, the orphans, etc.

I can understand at being angry about the mismanagement of church funds or forcing people to pay their tithes but that does not excuse the believer from his duty to obey God.

No funds, collections, tithes or offerings go to God directly in the first instance. Secondly , 97% of all collections and donations do not go to meet the needs of the poor , both in and out of the household of God. If I remember vividly that one of the main commandments of Jesus was that we should not forget the poor.

It is therefore not only cruel but tantamount to daylight robbery, to not only collect money from the same people who need it by manipulating them with a LIE , the Tithe LIE , and turning this LIE into a mysterious money making venture which almost always never materializes except for the scammers in the pulpit , but downright theft to use this money for other purposes like more temple building ( something never commanded in scripture ), buying jets and paying for a very luxurious life style for the so called MOG.

May I also add that in the early church all collections were done transparently and money received was immediately distributed to real needs especially among the desperate.

I will not relent in this battle till the day I die , I am consumed with purpose and a zeal to free as many precious brethren as possible from this fraud.

Jesus does not receive the money directly , he only rewards those who give to his people as though they gave to him.

- When money is used to fund the extravagant and vulgar lifestyles of self-appointed MOG , the money does not go to Jesus.
- When money is used to build more temples ( normally in competition with other so called churches ) , the money does not go to Jesus.
- When money is used to buy jets and maintain them, the money does not go to Jesus.
