we bought the first swift, that's the one without the LTE in 2012 at first it was good, then it became bullshit we disposed off it.
upgraded to swift 4G LTE 2013 was afraid but surprised with the turn out, it was so fast and lasted for the whole month.
payed 7k for subscription, before I could connect it I went through a spartan battle. it didn't connect until later in the evening, used it for two and a half days and it finished, while watching the underworld on YouTube, went to their Facebook page and took out my anger and frustration.
did it again!!! this time paid a higher subscription price 10k finished within a week.
then the sales person who sold us the voucher told us we where watching to much videos. like seriously?? we didn't even watch as much videos compared to when we upgraded to the 4G LTE that lasted for a month. even if I watch videos a lot, isn't that why I'm paying 7 to 10k for GB the thing that actually got me flabbergasted was after one month swift sent us a message telling us our subscription has expired, after it had already finished. 'mega bullish**'.. my advice don't bother buying that load off crap, and save your money.

Shooooooo! So on top Internet Service Providers matter all these 'agents' de fight too?

I use Swift (indoor and outdoor units) experience has not been the best. Customer support is very poor and too many spells of downtime is their motto. Yes and I tell it to their faces.

What annoys me most is when you get a single signal bar and you can't browse, they send one crappie agent or installer to come and check and that would be telling he can browse well on one computer system when you actually could browse well with 8 computers on your network before incident.

Spectranet on the other hand though not 100% I will give them safely 98% while Swift will manage 70%.

Ive never had to attend to any Spectranet agent at my office. When they have downtime, it never last more than 10 minutes except it's a major one and even at that they will call you before hand.

BTW they're cheaper with more data bundle.

Before Mr.Agent will ask me where I stay or use them I'm here in Lagos!

Please go for Spectranet and have rest of mind. Try and avoid SMILE... they will milk you die.
