The car registration process in Rivers state is different from what obtains in other parts of the country.
When you pay for registration of a new car it usually takes at least 60 days for ur licence plate to arrive. I paid for my car registration since first week of September and am yet to get my number. To make things worse, men of the Rivers state FRSC will impound your car if you drive with a temporary number. They will book you for number plate violation. The most baffling thing here is there seem to be a total communication breakdown between tbe command and the licensing office, which is the authorised agency for vehicle registration.

I do not know what else to do. I have parked my car waiting for the mumber to come from FRSC.

There's just one annoying thing about the FRSC men;no matter the weight of your explanation,they turn deaf ears and it can be so frustrating.
