SImple....scrap metal dealers, dig up the pipes, dismantle flow stations and sell for scrap.....

the fact is that Nigeria will never be as rich again and If Nigeria cant develop now then how will it develop later.even if Nigeria develops like the U.S by 2021 what economic base will Nigeria use to maintain its Infrastructure ?
most nations are agriculturally self sustained so Agriculture is not an option for Nigeria's economy.
Nigeria will have to feed/sustain its 240 million populace ,there'll be nothing left to export.

If oil is not needed in 10 years, what will be used for our energy needs? And I want facts from u and not conjectures.
