Go to the Lord in prayer. Your help is not found in anyman but in His words. Make His word your companion aalways and make your thoughts clean and noble at all times. That way, love will radiate from within you to those around you. You must first love your faith for others to love and accept you.

@preciousgirl, you are witnessing what a lot of believers passed through when they began & your response will determine whether you'll stand or fall & your reward.Its satans strategy to drag you back to sin.Here's some of what God expects you to do in time of trials:-

1. Increase your prayer tempo.Start prayers especially at nights(light night vigils of maybe 1 hour or as you can stand).if you don't know how to pray much buy prayer books or type "prayer points" on google.Copy out the prayer points & use them.

If you pray it faithfully God will accept it knowing you haven't learnt perfectly how to pray.If you don't want that prayer type then just sing praise songs to God for 1 hour or as long as you can.Note:God does not reward laziness in prayer.

2. Examine your life & check to see if there's anything you still allow or kept back that the devil can use to accuse you before God & gain access to trouble you.

3. Look for christian Sisters that are strong in prayer & righteousness & send prayer request SMS to them & join them to pray when you can.Avoid going to a brothers house to pray alone with him.Satan will use it.If you know strong brothers send them texts to join you in prayer.

4. Find & join churches that are especially strong in prayers,night vigils & righteousness.Follow them & seek councelling & prayer backup from their pastors & women leaders.Deeper life,MFM,CAC,WCCRM,Apostolic faith are a few.

5. Try light fasting e.g water only till 12noon or 2pm as your body can carry for a few days.Read articles online on proper fasting by typing on google.

6. Righteousness is key.Follow all the proceedures outlined with righteousness knowing that if you allow the slightest sin you expose yourself to displeasure from God & more affliction from the enemy.

7. Give to the poor if you can afford to especially those in the church.You are opening more doors of grace to your life.

8. Have multiple trusted faithful people you can SMS for prayer backup during trials.This is one of the most important especially for you as a beginner.Make friends with people that are serious in prayer & righteousness & collect their number.

If you can do some or even all of the above faithfully your victory is certain.
Trials are to draw you closer to God thru prayers,discipline & spiritual exercises & as well strenghten your spiritual muscles.But if you are lazy or fail to take action satan will surely pull that person down.

I agree with frosbel n few others on this, u dont need procedures in ur relationship with Christ, just go to Him as u are with all sincerity n seriousness.

About the persecution it is expected, in fact if u ain't persecuted in this present generation for ur faith then something is definitely wrong. Dear u cant eat ur cake n have it for this is the price u pay for following Christ n living a Godly life 2Timothy 3:12.

Though persecution varies n its not going to be like forever, bt one thing for sure dont expect them to change bt u. The way it work is as u continue in Christ n grow to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ, u are being changed to love these people even in that state of hatred n the love of God transform some of them n u be able to live with them n they get saved themselves.

Dont expect less, u just focus on God n ur relationship with Him n things will fall in place with time.
