Your job/career and your family, which do you prefere. Can you leave your job for the sake of your family? If your job doesn't give you time for your family or any other family related issues, can you leave it?

I have always told myself that I will establish something of my own no matter how small. Nobody knows what will happen tomorrow. I might marry a rich, average or poor man so even if I have a job,I will still establish something so that in case it happens, I will have were to fall back to.

Yes,I can quit my job for my family because it is my family I am working for.

How can I be working and won't have time to take care of my family and family related issues?

I want to be able to take care of my kids myself. I want to be able to cook for my husband myself. I want to be able to assist my kids with their home work and at the end of each day,I want to be able to have time with my husband and kids, know my kids, talk to them before we all go to bed.

Not working were I will wake up, rush to work, come back late, doze off, wake up and do the same without having time with my family, not knowing what my kids wants and not having time for my man.

Life is not worth killing myself for. I will live it the way it comes so YES,I will leave my job for my family if it doesn't give me time for my family or family related issues.

Yes. I quit my banking job 2010 for a civil service job (lecturing) inorder to concentrate on my family. It was not easy at first but the price I paid is worth it. I am part of my kids and hubby's daily life- which is priceless.
I have also gone back to school. I have taken charge of my home and the fulfilment I have found is equal to none. Did I miss banking job? Yes- I miss the money. Will like to go back? Hell no. #happywifehappyfamily#

What most people don't understand is that the best legacy you can give your children is a good home. If your job won't allow your family enjoy you, what is the essence of working for them or having a family? That is the problem of the kind of children we have in Nigeria now going into adulthood.

Parents spend their dinner time in front of TV and not with their family discussing what transpired during the day...
Parents have little or no time for their kids in day...
Parents don't even have time to communicate with each other because of TV and Job schedule syndrome.

All I can say is that... the best is to have time for your home before any other thing as that breeds the kind of happiness you have, which will ultimately give you long life. We have only one life to live... lets live it wisely and rest in that bed in the last hours happy that we have left something good and worthy behind...
