If football is solely based on statistics like player performance,trophies,awards and also club and country performance then i believe Ribery is the best player in 2013.Messi may have won the european golden boot and also the the spanish La liga and Ronaldo may have also won UCL golden boot but Ribery had a superb year with an outstanding performance for club and country,its the first time in the German league history to produce a treble winning team,Ribery created history with the German club by winning 4 major trophies and also he was the catalyst for the club wonderful run in the league,german cup,UCL and also in the Uefa Supercup.He was recognise for his oustanding performance in europe with the Uefa club Player of the year in august.With the voting still going i strong tip Ribery to be crowned Fifa Player of the year for his outstanding 2013 performance
