The Election Petition Tribunal Sitting in Akure, Ondo state's capital will tomorrow, Friday, 25th July, 2008 deliver judgment on the petition filed by the opposition, Labour Party, in Ondo state.

Let's rub minds on possible outcome as we wait for the D-day. What are your take on this? As for me, going by past judgements delivered by the tribunal, the general elections were discredited and if such elections held on that day were set-aside, i see no reason why, Agagu's election too be set-aside since it is the same poor elections that brought him to office.

How far? Have they started? ]

PLease, let's have bit-by-bit of the judgment for the benefit of those in office, so that we can at least monitor the process online.

If lying is travelling in an airplane faster than the Concord Supersonic, the moment the truth takes off, even in a rickety molue, the sure and confident steps of the truth will catch up with lying and overtake it. Agagu should go and bury his head in shame. Congratulations Mimiko, you are the people's choice.

So what else to appeal?? The old man should bury his face in shame and resign straight. He will receive maximum disgrace at the appeal court.

Well, I just confirmed the story from some top LP officials in Ondo State. The news is real. Now that we know is no more a story but a complete current affairs, appeal or pleading court would not help any fellow. We the citizens of Ondo will be ready to forgive any person / group of persons that betray the trust we invested in them. The problem now is, if finally, appeal and/or pleading court decides to show Our beloved Agagu his way home with instructions that he done his worst, what would happen to him, Why not send this whole nightmares to prison to cool off their heads like,

Nigeria is one, Ondo State in one, our strength is not built in parties, we believe in individuals, Mimiko stood by the trust, I cast my trust to him, his worth the entire state.

Agagu too is worth the entire state, but first, he should give back the votes of the state back to the state. I already said small.

Am speaking for the crowd.

Regards,

Segoye2

It started this morning and ended before noon,

Very early this morning, i drove to the site where i was working, i saw the Akure South Local Govt chairman at a popular spot where thugs usually stay, i saw him sharing some money, and the thugs were shouting baba o baba o e.t.c

Right now, i wonder how all of them go dey feel for their body,

People are in jubilating mood right now, The mobile police men are shooting to the air, just to scare people whoo might want to cause troubles,

everywhere is calm right now, the weather is cold, seems like it would soon rain,

Am i a journalist? grin grin grin na wa 4 me ooo

@software

abeg make u arrange free pepsi and coke for the jubilants and pass the bill to me.

U need to know how happy I am now. Agagu's cousin (name witheld) told me how greedy the governor is. Tho he benefitted from the governor, he still told the truth.

I saw the Ondo State commissioner of Information speaking on TV and he seemed to be an intelligent guy who knew what he was talking about. He threw a lot of aspersions on the judgement and he made sense to me, although I'm sure the other side will also have their points.

However, is it allowed to speak publicly about a matter that is still pending in a court?
