Those that have electricity are not relenting at developing alternative means, while we snore away. Read about US first city to use wind turbine for his electricity. A story was reported in 'Gizmodo' blog about how a city was totally electrified using wind turbine. One is left but to ask here in the North where we have plenty of wind and in the South plenty of water we have not been able to effectively tackle electricity problem.
