I have bought from Reloadng many many times but about a month ago my inter switch card began to tell me Restricted Card. Reloadng told me it was the bank. I went to the bank they said it was interwsitch. I contacted interswitch they didn't reply. So I just fashi them all and started buying my cards in my backyard |

thanks a lot for this thread. am having exactly the same problem too. i guess its a problem from interswitch since they are basically in charge of these cards. I said that because i know that the banks always work with intesrwitch when they have any thing to do with the ATM |
