Cut and cat are absolutely not pronounced the same. Even within English speaking populations those words would be pronounced differently. Rather than just take the joke for what it is and the fact that some English speaking Ghanaian's pronounce the both words similarly you decide to spin it. There are a million accents around the world. In Ghana you guys happen to pronounce cut like cat or breda as brother. Big deal.
