Accesing the government of Umar Yar'Adua in the last 14 months and I would say it's been nothing but colossal failure. Each time I call Nigeria, all I hear is there is no power supply. In fact, I heard Nigeria is in darkness. The price of gas is up. School teachers are also home. Kids are roaming the streets all over Nigeria.

Fool me once, you are stupid. Fool me twice, then I must be dumb. Well we all must be the latter. I am actually talking about Obasanjo who fooled the whole country and presented Shagari as President of the 2ND Republic, then for the second time, he presented Yar'Adua with a reason that he was the best governor in the country with billions of naira in the coffer of Kastina. How did Kastina look before he left as governor? Is the whole Kastina better that the city of Ikeja in Lagos? How many banks were in Kastina in 1999? How many banks were there after Yar'Adua left office in 2007? May God purnish all the people who have contributed to the hardship Nigerians face today.

The Supreme Court would be doing the biggest mistake if they let this guy called Yar'Adua to stay in power for another year. As I know now, Yar'Adua has nothing to offer the country despite physical changes he promised during the election campaign. The declaration of emergency on power in the first six month. Helping farmers with fertilizer. Drastically bring down the prices of cement and so on. Now he said recently in London that he was about to develop the Niger Delta. So funny, isn't it?

Revolt seems to be the answer to these problems we are facing as a nation. What is your thought?

At first, I thought that 'let's give this guy a chance, everyone deserves one".But I may jusst have to agree with the post above. the reason is simply LAGOS. If i had not seen any changes at all in Lagos,i would have continued to say "Oh let's be patient". But with Lagos,I know change is indeed possible in a reasonable time frame.

Lagos Ibadan expressway is a federal highway, right?

It was worse than when I left Nigeria.
And Yaradua heads NNPC, for a while there,I had to decode that this was the president's brother.

As for me,i'mnot expecting anything fromhim. It's SDDS

Obasanjo and all those penticostal pastors who helped to launder his image, are a shame and disgrace, Yaradua on the other hand has been a faliure thus far. I personally don't expect anyything positive from him, he seems genuilely overwhelmed. The political class has failed and continues to fail. The ordinary man should take his destiny into his hands and stop patronising all these motivational pastors (theives) who real god is their belly grin
Some of them now want to buy private Jets amidst back breaking poverty in Nigeria.SHAME.
