Just wandering, cos I hear loads bout Dbanj, MI, Ice Prince, Lil Wayne, Rick Rosse. But there's a whole world of christian music out there and showing tremendous growth is the christian hip hop genre. Are people on NL aware, are there any fans? If yes lets analyze, critique the trend it's taken in comparison to secular hip hop

Lecrae, Tedashii, Derek Minor, Flame, Da T.R.U.T.H, Andy Mineo, Trip Lee, Bizzle. Nobody listen to em?

am so new generation, aside from the naija artistes, hav listened to just cross movement, lecrae and t-bone.



@topic, i listened to trip lee, breyan isaac and dwayne tryumf yesterday . Truth is they aren't dat popular here and some of the peeps that wuld love to listen to hip hop gospel artistes and enjoy their lyrics don't even know about them. Rhythm fm Lagos play a few gospel hip hop on sunday mornings, not the best collection you can listen to cos hav listened to way better but they try, they play lecrae, bizzle, trip lee, etc. I don't recognise the voice of some and the dj mixing 'sometimes' will make you want to turn off your radio.

Yeah I noticed your PM is a quote from Bizzle's song BEWARE. My awareness to the depth and beauty of Christian hip-hop began when a certain DJ in FM Jos played those songs during their strike. Since then i've been an ardent follower. www.christiandl.com has been a blessing
