Job description: Verification Specialist

A verification specialist manages authenticity of users on our site. Working in a fast paced environment the successful candidate must have the ability to proactively improve all aspects of customer service both internally and externally. You will be involved in verifying all the users on the site with the objective to have only genuine buyers and sellers. In particular you will be involved in:

•Verify all the registered users on the site following the verification process laid down the company.
•Login, update and manage entire user database.
•Be the voice of the company and educate users on how to buy and sell.
•If any fake users identified, report to team manager for further investigation
•Ensure sharing of best practice among the team to drive efficiency
•Apply analysis, planning, and insight to continuously improve the speed and quality of our work

Profile Requirements

•Overtime as directed during peak periods such as Month and Quarter end
