Video Proof: Edo NLC Chairman Lied About Being Beaten Up By Government Agents. by AllRoundGist: 7:51am On Dec 19, 2013 |
If not for modern day technology, some public servants would have argued white color to be red and people would have been forced to believe them because of their status. The Chairman of the NLC, Mr. Emmanuel Ademokun, said on Thursday 5th Dec. 2013, that he was beaten to stupor by thugs allegedly sponsored by the state government. He made the statement while speaking with newsmen after the state chapter of NLC and TUC embarked on an indefinite strike (which has been called off) over unpaid allowances by the state government. It was alleged that worker who were trying to enforce the strike at the Palm House Secretariat Complex located along Sapele Road, Benin City, were ambushed by thugs and beaten up. In his word, Mr Emmanuel Ademokun, the Chairman of NLC said:
Contrary to his claims, a video has emerged of how Mr Emmanuel Ademokun instigated thugs to attack directors and permanent secretaries in the State. In the video, he said, ".......We will leave here and move round, any director we see in the office, we are going to push him out of the office" After which they match to various ministries, beating up workers and ordering them to lock up their offices. http://www.allaroundgist.com/2013/12/busted-edo-state-nlc-chairman-emmanuel.html#more https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dGclMwj-bb4 |
