After registering with about 1650 naira 2months ago for Canadian Visa Lottery 2014 at ACME ROAD, they just sent me a text message saying i should go and pay 5,000 naira for me to see a consultant, could these be another way of scamming nigerians ? Please lets discuss.

Canada DOES NOT DO VISA LOTTERY!
These guys only do assessment for you and probably prepare your papers for you which you can do yourself if you go to the website of the Canadian government.The money you pay them is for consultations.
Processing your application still carries other fees.
