On a serious note, if it's showing just 'android' then it's likely stuck in a boot loop. Is it running custom ROM or Stock? Can you post a pic of the screen display here? |

Its not funny Am not laughing This is no joke o Everything is in place, except the phone showing andriod when comin one, got all my app intact, I have the samsung app,playstore, everything is there Still the camera is still upside down 1 Like |

you are still running on a stockrom, iys obvious you didn't root the phone.. the green robot means you are stuck in an infinite bootloop, or your phone keeps booting into recovery mode. if you have an idea on using odin and kies on your pc, you might be safe. and i will guide you to use it, but if not, take your mobile to samsung mobile for repairs, . since you are still on stockrom and have no root access, you wont be charged. dont try to fix what you have no idea about, one false move, and your device will change from soft brick to hard brick, rendering your device dead. #good luck. |

if you can still screenshot with your phone, it means you aint bricked.. do you have a pc around, do you have enough data plan up to 200mb? if yes, you might still be saved. |

Dyt: [b]i wont be able to type much, will refer you to a link. but lemme explain the basic information you would need before goin thru the link, first of a STOCKROM means the actual O.s your android phone came with direct from samsung .. as in the particular way your phone looks when you bought it, before tampering with any system file... ODIN is a computer software which you can use to access your phone when connected to a computer with odin installed in it. KIEShas to do with your phone drivers, this is also a pc software, which needs to be installed first before Odin can work.. (note you need to always close kies from your pc task manager before trying to run odin when your phone is connected to your pc.. so i am guessing your phone is faulty as a result of a system file tampering, which is your camera. no need trying to fix it.. go thru the link i would post, download samsung s4 stockrom, and you would flash it in with the odin you must have already installed on your pc.. the stockrom would turn your phone to a brand new feel. the same way your phone was when you bought it, and hopefully you camera problem would be gone.. goodluck on your quest..and ask any questions you seem confusing or cant understand from both my post here and the link below.
