Beyonce has stated her reasons for featuring Nigerian author Chimamanda Adichie in one of her songs in her new album.

“I was going through videos on feminity on Youtube, when i came across this video of this incredible Nigerian author Chimamanda Adichie,” Beyonce said.

“Everything she said is exactly how i feel. My message in this album was finding the beauty in imperfection,” she also said.
She then went ahead to explain how she had nurtured the ambition to become a star right from her early stages in life and how she worked extremely hard in fulfilling these ambitions and how her awards represent all that she’s worked for and the sacrifices she’s made and how it shows that she deserves it all.
