A sinner has a religion, a sinner believe in God, d day of judgement and believes he/she shall account for all his bad deed b4 God on d 'D.O.J', while a non-believer does not believe in all these and thinks, when he/she dies , no after life and even if he ended up killing the whole humans..he's not goin to account for it b4 God.
As humans, by default, we are all sinners. And when we return to God to ask for 4giveness, he forgives us. Likewise non-believers; God is all-forgiving, if u come back to him he shall forgive and accept u back like u never left.
NB: it is not all sinners that goes to hell, except they fail to ask God for 4giveness or repent.

A sinner is someone who lies, cheats, steals deceives on a continuous basis & still expects God to forgive him or her for their sins. Whereas an un believer could be all or none of the above while disbelieving in God

Its quite true a xtian is not a sinner, bt in the real sense "Unbeliever" meaning they dont believe, not the contemporary/religious believe or understanding sir.
