back from the dead.. lol.. yea framaroot should be installed on your phone, open it select super su, and click... wait for it to reboot your phome, and you are rooted ... to be sure you are rooted, search your app menu for any app named super user.. if its there .. you are rooted

it depends on what you mean by registering, whenever you put in a new sim to a new android device, the device automatically brings up a register sim info, you just put in your name and number shikena... then configure if need be, for internet.. and enjoy..
