Brother i have seen your post. However i stated one particular feature that i require which is the Thumb start(Keyless start) and this vehicle doesn't have that.

The thumb start was made optional for the 2010 and 2011 models. I have been unable to find one at a reasonable price. My apologies but unfortunately, I won't be able to honor this request.

Is there any other car I can interest you in?

Normally, from my experience, the cheapest cars are not the best deals. In most cases, the money you save now, you will end up spending at the mechanic. The cars I recommend are top value - pay, receive and drive.

Great work he's indeed been doing. However I think your not finding other testimonies is due to the threads he lost to the nairaland attack.
Before me, he pre-ordered for joker5180, and after me for okenwa26; both delivered. These two can also attest to his honesty and professionalism. I'm aware he also pre-ordered a Nissan Frontier for another nairalander (can't remember his username, but the thread was up before the attack).
Frankly, as far as pre-order is concerned, I'll recommend him over and over again. From my experience, it's without time wasting and with fair prices.

My Oga lol so i find you here...well the thumb start is very unique on it and also to avoid the issue of EIS failure because that is a common problem with this W204 benz. If such happens,it is not something that can be repaired immediately but it has to be ordered & programmed from Germany which may take months to complete the entire process. So you see the wahala

Eeyah.....I feel you already.....and that is because of the Ignition system used in Mercedes Benz vehicles. Unfortunately there are many other electrical issues common to Mercedes products apart from this EIS failure;

Electrical System Problems

Most of the commonly occurring problems in Mercedes-Benz cars have to do with the car's electrical system. The electrical system starts with the battery, which is used in starting the car and in operating various functions such as the car's lights, sound system, and other accessories. The battery itself is sometimes the problem, but in Mercedes-Benz, it is also common for the alternator, which produces the electricity that is stored in the battery, to be problematic. If the alternator is not working properly, the battery is not being recharged, and therefore will run out of charge quickly. Other electrical system issues that often appear in Mercedes-Benz vehicles are wiring problems and issues with various controls found on the dashboard, such as the radio or air conditioning.

Rattling at Engine Startup

Many Mercedes-Benz owners report a rattling sound when starting their car. This problem is especially likely to occur during the winter or in cold areas. My brother hold on there's a development and update have just received. It may be a 2012 this time because the engine on the 2012 is a direct fuel injection with a higher horse power & it even economizes fuel up to 29 MPG highway compared to 2011 which is indirect fuel injection with 24-25 MPG highway. I will send you an updated e-mail this time around.

Buy petrol at reputable filing stations: Ask whether the petrol you buy is filtered at the pump and if the filling station has a policy about changing the pump filters regularly. If you get a song and dance, find another petrol station. Some filling stations don’t have pump filters, making you more vulnerable to dirty petrol. Other stations may water down their product. Find a filling station you trust and stick to it.
