You are better off learning about this business from scratch.paying anyone wont help you.find a printer to do some sort of industrial attachment with.or look for a printer if you dont have time.but be careful so you dont lose your money.cheers

you just have to start with an in house graphic designer when dat is done just lay it in pages d way u want it to appear then take it to digital seperation and lay it on A2 size so that it will be cheaper 4 u. After that it will be plated and printed on cord, then u buy d quality of paper u like for d mag probaby glossy paper. I hope dis helps.

Many people in the print media are complaining that sales has almost dropped by 70%. People no longer buy prints like they used to do because everything is on the internet. No stable power in Nigeria coupled with high man power rate to run such businesses. People are closing you are trying to start yours...

My kind advice to you is to invest your money in online option and let your magazine be released weekly instead of monthly- were by people can go and read it. With one year you MUST have become an authority if you pick a unique niche. Remember CONTENT is important like they say. All you need to do is promote it once you go online and the world will hear about it.

Bottom-line: You will have less risk following this option even if it fails you can easily bounce back without loosing much, you save more money, you gain reputation and earn income by advertising and consultancy. Please think very careful about it and don't waist your money unnecessarily-even some experts here are willing to collect your money and teach you junk without proper market research.
