How true this is,I do not know. I have worshipped there several times in the past and witnessed nothing of such. As regards his choir,I know very well they used to have choir rehearsals @ ltv studios way back every saturday. They used to spend good money renting the studio to rehearse for their sunday service and you could tell that pastor Chris had good taste. However,I heard He disbanded the choir cos they were committing fornication amongst themselves. I know for sure,that pastor Chris has taste and class and watch-night service there used to be spectacular. I won't judge,nor criticise him;God knows those that truly serve and worship him. Would love to go experience one of their sunday services very soon.

The OP is telling the exact truth. I had a very similar experience when I was invited by a friend early last year. The only additional thing was that there was a testimony session where I particularly remember a childless couple who had to sets of twins 13 months apart. Pastor Chris was just singing, most times to himself throughout. And the babes, ehn! Mammy water types just full the front rows. I even heard they have an annual beauty pageant where the winner would be given a brand new car, all expenses paid travel and free beauty treatments for a year. Needless to say, I haven't visited again.

Hahaha. This piece just made my day, it's so damn funny. Churches nowadays are something else, the transformation makes you doubt if the tenets are true or not. Pastor with bouncers? Is that really christlike?
