Regardless of their terms and conditions,you hve paid them nd they breeched the contract that existed btw both parties,so you have every right to sue them.
What of if you had to take your dieing mum to the hospital and you have paid for arik for fst flight to get in touch with your mum and eventually,arik dint fly after you paying and your mother died cos you failed to get to her on time,you can actually sue them for killing your mum(just an eg dou)
