With utmost joy, I mark my 7th year as a member of this esteemed online platform - Nairaland. The experience has been remarkable and beyond comprehension.

This platform created the first avenue to broaden and widen my first business in 2007 for free after I created a thread highlighting my business and thereafter followed with numerous calls from customers.

Though not a regular poster, I have visited Nairaland daily for the past 7 years. In fact, the platform has been my key source of news and connection to the world. The diverse views and opinions from contributors across threads have imparted my life in no small measure. I have built understanding and improved on my analytical skills as a result of this virtual association with an anonymous world of amazing people. I was with a professional colleague during a business visit abroad in November 2013 and was excited to see him surf Nairaland for news update. His membership confirmation got me more thrilled.

In the last 7 years, God has blessed me tremendously. A great family and a splendid profession.

My sincere appreciation to Mr Seun Osewa who has exuded strange and unusual wisdom in setting up this platform and adminstering same appropriately , to Toyboy, who introduced me to Nairaland, all Nairalanders and finally my wife who has put up with my Nairaland excesses over the years.

Today I mark 7 years, I look forward to celebrating 70 years of being on this platform. Thanks all.
