I want to ask those in the lecturing field, what are the requirements to go into lecturing as a career? Do you have to have a certificate in education? What are the ins and out of the profession?
Please educate us to make wise choices.

I have passion for lecturing as well.
It depends on where you want to execute your lecturing career.
To lecture in higher Institutions you need at least Msc.
But Ω̴o certificate is required if you lecture public perhaps in area of your interest. E.g
Career talk, skill acquisition etc. All u do is to acquire the knowledge it requires to do so.

You can as well lecture professional students e.g ICAN which requires professional
qualification.

Please I need your advice and wayforward. I am presently a final year student of Ekiti state university in Nigeria and I look forward to pursuring a career in lecturing. My discipline is actually economics education and on a 3.8cgpa, i would appreciate any form of advice on what to do and what not to do. Thank you
