She calls herself Heather Uboh but has at least 20 other aliases and cops across the US say she is an accomplished scam artiste committing wire fraud, identity theft, larceny, passport fraud, forgery and a variety of other frauds in Texas, new York, New Jersey, Georgia, Colorado and Michigan.
