Meaning that He allows you according to your heartfelt desire to go as you will. The reward will be given in the day of judgement. If you do good, it is for the benefit of your own soul, your essence. If on the other hand you do evil, that, too is against your own soul, your very essence.

God is not hurt by your evil, nor attain a higher plateau of holiness by your good. God was complete before He began to create. He was the Creator, even before He Created anything. He was the Judge, even before He began to create and then called us to that aspect of His attributes that He is the One that will Judge.

He is capable of doing all things that He wills to do, at the time He wills that it happens.

God says that he forgives all types of sins, if He wills. But He will not forgive a sin of improper worship of Him, eg the association of some entity as the case of the Christians and the Hindus etc, or the hypocracy of the jews or the complete denial of his presence, as the Atheist and Agnostics, etc do.
