Doesn't the bible say that "Heaven or the Kingdom of God is within you"? Or is there is difference between HEAVEN & the Kingdom of God?

, God cannot be in the heavens or sit in heaven. if he is heaven were was he staying before he created the heavens. Sorry o, that i'm talking abt my religion. but from the islamic point of view it is said that God sits on his throne established over the heavens.
