How do you measure talent?
or
How do you measure talent in an organisation (or company or team)?
and in similar vein:


How do you grow/develop talent in an organisation (or company or team)?
How do/would you optimise performance and lift standards in a team?
or
Explain your approach to maintaining high standards and improving poor performance in a team.


Have you ever dealt with a customer making an unrealistic demand?

How do you deal with difficult customers?


Why did you leave your last job?,

How would you respond if you were offered the job?

What would you do if you had to deal with an angry customer?

What will you bring to the job/company if we employ you?

Tell me about the culture at your last company/employer.

Tell me about your life at College or University (or even your time in your previous job).

Give an example of when you had to settle a dispute between two individuals.

The situation and the environment sometimes affects your response to such questions. Nevertheless, always be yourself.

Each question has an answer.

To lead a client, you must know and be ahead of them. remember experience counts.
Learn from the best in the field not the most flamboyant.

If you work in a team as a team member you achieve more than you can envisage.

I would have answered all the questions about working but i've never been employed before rather i do employ people.
