Need help please. I'm a fairly good cook but of western, italian and indian foods I'm english and white. I haver just got married to my wonderful nigerian man and whilst I have cooked my version of jolloff rice, fried planitain and beef suya I would love to cook some god nigerian dishes for him and our son who soon will be eating normal foods. Have you got any step by step recipes to make for him.  Thanks I'd love to start being able to have a nigerian meal on the table everynow and then for him-he would love it.

check the various recipes on here to help you out,start with the easy ones and then graduate on to the hard ones, it ll help if your husband hooked you up with a couple of nigerian ladies tohelp you out, ladies are alwas exited with sharing cooking tips e.t.c no one is a born cook and we all learnt so theres no magic to cooking african or any other food

also, how i learned to make jollof rice was through youtube, if you type in jollof rice and this lady called chi chi is great. I started out clueless now I can do most of them.
