Unlike elsewhere in the world, when governent policies, visions and strategies are not beneficial to the citizens, they gather in groups, send out letters and ads and carry out peaceful or destructive demonstrations to drive home their dissatisfaction with such unproductive activities of the government.
Why are we so different in Nigeria?
Why can't we do something that can change the face of governance in this country?
Why is it so?
How do we change this trend?

The recent rice as example, our home made rice are sold at high price and it's not of good quality ( stone and stick rice everywhere) but there's no one to challenge the government about it probably because the elite still eat imported rice.
Even in the next ten years, the trend keeps rolling.

The rice issue is just something else

I strongly support eating local rice but it must meet up with standard of human food, current local rice is like dog food and in fact I hardly eat rice these days
