There is something i noticed about uniformed men in lagos
when they board puplic transports they dont pay
Then i begin dey wonder

or they just take advantage of the uniform
top on the list is the police, the lastma officials is next , the army etc
even kai officials
I want to know if there is any law that exempts this set of people from paying thier tp

Uniformed men anywhere in the country do not pay transport fare, they believe it's their birth right. They just stop a cab get in an out of it finito. Now do you blame them when most of our commercial drivers don't have their vehicle particulars?

The private transport sector pays the military and police transport bills - a neat costcutting exercise by the Nigerian government grin grin. I am sure that it has become official policy for uniformed men to hijack private transport. Lets call it an indirect tax since most of the taxi/bus drivers don't pay tax anyway.
