Siasia Ready To Dump Nigeria - Confirmed by odare24(m): 12:49am On Sep 11, 2008 |
It has been confirmed that Coach Siasia is just about to dump Nigeria for Japan. What Do You Think? Do you think that is a smart move before Nigeria dumps him? |

Yes ooo, i hope that is true, so far so good he has been able to raise himself above the pettines, grediness and corruption and other vices that have pervaded the Nigerian football house, in my opinion the best move for him is to move outside the shores of Naija, seek some greater challenges.(ie Be the first Naija to handle a top premiership team ) On a more serious note:The super Eagles Job is not for him NOW! We already have a Captain for that ship, inspite of all blind criticisms Amodu has won all games for Nigeria since he came back,( what else do we want) we know the eagles are not yet the compact playing machine that Football Savyy Nigerians desire, but we should not disturb the rythm of this rebuilding process, there is no room for failure for him anyway as he now has such a large pool of footballers to pick his team from.(i e current eagles players, the last under 17 world champions, the last Nigerian olympic under 23 team) If its true Siasia is leaving for japon or the us , i beleive it's the best move for him now( especially with the profile he has been abble to build so far) , i stand to be corrected sha. Beleive me there is enuff time for him handle the supper Eagles in the future, F |

I wish him every luck, I hope he succeeds. He will surely be Super Eagles coach someday. Those who put Amodu simply put someone who may fail as super eagles coach so that they will re-invogorate the argument for a foreign coach where they make more money. But Siasia has shown that the future of Nigerian football lies in the hands of our ex-players who had all the exposure as players. |

Abeg he should carry go quick quick before something bad happens to him. Nigeria has shown it does not know how to treat its sports patriots, therefore they should not waste their time sacrificing anything. It's just too sad. If greener pastures call, answer and don't look back! |

He doesnt need to prove any points. Anytime he coaches for Nigeria, his boiz are always running riot!!! No coach has done that for Nigeria. Klinsmann, Donadoni and co are not better than Siasia and they are coaching their national teams. They should fire amodu and employ the dude If he wants to go abroad, very fine at least that will confirm all we are saying. |
Re: Siasia Ready To Dump Nigeria - Confirmed by texazzpete(m): 7:24pm On Sep 12, 2008 |
Why use the word 'dump'? He's a football coach. That is his current career path, not 'nigerian football coach'. He should actively seek any job that challenges him as it will only serve to improve his abilities. |

Re: Siasia Ready To Dump Nigeria - Confirmed by grandjedi(m): 2:45pm On Sep 15, 2008 |
If this is true I wish him all the very best. The guy deserves to earn some good hard currency after sticking with NFF/NFA's ineptitude for so long. Imagine a coach having to run around sourcing for funds like he did before the FIFA U-21 Finals when all NFA wanted was to see him fail. After his team's performance there were even rumours that they wanted him for a coaching job in Thailand. A job in Japan may give him more exposure which we'll need when he eventually becomes manager for the Super Eagles. |
