How is it possible to get a global c/o without the deed of assignment been processed at first?

A global C/o is given to the family in charge of all the lands in that area after they have done the requisite things and payments to the government which includes the survey plan and general deed of assignment.

If your now telling me that each buyer now wants to process the governor's consent on its own with the global c/o, then your on track but not the other way around. Its better you advertise the land as one with only a purchase recipt and survey plan and not sell something defective that will be discarded in alausa.

No kill me o! A deed of assignment can be given to someone who purchased a land with a Global C of O covering it.
The deed of sub-lease or deed of assignment is one of the documents you must submit if a land has a C of O covering it, then the governor's consent comes after. You can go to www.lasg-lands.com/GovConsent/Guidelinereq.htm One of the documents emphasized is 4 copies of the deed of assignment.

Firstly how do you assign property or transfer property or land to another person without granting a Valid Deed of assignment or deed of sub lease to that person first?

How do you just grant a c/o to a purchaser without the necessary things such as a purchase recipt, survey and deed of assignment all coming from the vendor first?

How to you first grant a c/o first before processing a deed of assignment in alausa?

Like i said earlier on, if you have said that what your company is doing is process the governor's consent for the prospective purchaser then you are on course and not the other way around

No body is spoiling market for you, all i ask from you is to post the correct information for prospective purchasers that's all. Your post was mis concieved in terms of the true status of the title. Instead of you telling your future clients that your on the way to process the governor's consent for the purchaser, your saying they are processing the deed of assignment. What is the general aim of processing a deed of assignment? Is it not to get a grant of governor's consent? Are you offering the potential purchaser a property with governor's consent or what?

State your claims and clarify.

I just realized what the fuss was all about. I am sorry. I did not realize I posted that the deed of assignment is being registered at Alausa. The title to the land is a deed of Assignment. The governor's consent is being processed at the moment.

I have a fenced plot within a mini estate at Oke ira nla, Ajah with deed of assignment for =N=4.5 Million. Dry Land. for immediate development.

Another plot also at Oke ira Nla with it's own C of O for =N=10 Million. Also within an estate. Dry Land.

EAZ- Where is Oke Nla? Could you give some land marks.
