"God has not given me a spirit of fear, but on power, of love and of a sound mind".

Say that everytime you remember the dream as many times as possible; you should feel better after a while. smiley
Re: Mosque Dreams: Any One With A Clue? by olabowale(m): 1:02pm On Sep 29, 2008
@Idupaul: If I were you, I will locate the particular mosque that I dreamt about. I will go inside alone, if it is open and not locked up. I will do this probably when I know it is not their prayer time, just incase I am not sure of my own strength in my own present faith and belief. I will like to see what is inside and how i can relate it to my dreams, about this place.

If I am steadied in my faith and belief, I will actually go to this mosque when I know that there will be somebody there. Maybe at their prayer time or just after it, whereby I can ask questions while I am having my own private observation of the whole place, its people and my own dreams.

You may not be able to resolve it unless you locate this mosque or a mosque, so that your heart my settle down, at rest and at peace.

I wish you well. Particularly, I wish you the strength and courage to go to a mosque to see things for yourself! I don't see a simple incarnation, as A_K_O had suggested , since you are having reoccurence of this specific type of dream.

Idupaul, just curious, what does
idupaul:

mean?

About your dream. The only thing of value anyone can give you now is to tell you to pray to God about it. Have you already done that? I guarantee you God is not sending you to a mosque like Alhaji suggests. The truth is only found in the bible and that is where you should go, not a church or mosque but look down into your bible AND you must sincerely pray about it and for relief from it. All the best.

I've had dreams of being in strange locations does that mean I should take off to Afghanistan? grin
Idupaul ,you probably have been reading a lot from the religious threads. It's common to dream of things in your subconscious but like A_K_O said, declare the scriptures over any uncomfortable dreams.

Nne plus_Queen,

I just dey! I want to thank you all for your prayers - na now gaaan my eyes open to see how much you all have been praying for me!!

Do you know how many people have written me since we last emailed each other? Long tory short: "Seifa" finally found the love of Jesus Christ!! What is more, she asked me to come take her to church - and I did (although we both got there late and had to stay on for second service). After worship as we went over to hers, she sternly warned me to not engage Muslims in any arguments! My sis, that very warning has continued to pay off, especially because as reindeer said in another thread, testimonies of one's salvation achieve more than shouts across the divide. That is what again we heard in Church, and "Seifa" reminded me constantly about it! I asked if I could share this, and she agreed (although I let her know I would not use her real name).

Haa!! Jesus is truly Lord.

Me, I don finish with arguements - if na only one soul comes genuinely to Christ with the power of what Christ has done, that one is enough!!

Jesus is Lord O! Please join me in celebrating!

Pilgrim & Queen, I add my own "Amen" on top the declaration & the celebration of a saved soul.

That is my prayer too.
Since now I know for sure, they lead no where.I ask God to help me resist it when my inlaw Olabs begins his father son and Ghost arguments.
It's very tempting to set him straight until one realizes that the weapons of our warfare are not carnal weapons.

Praise the Lord!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
for Seifa and others like her.
This is just the beginning.
My sister this has made my week already
With your permission,I'll love to post your testimony in another forum.I know it will not only lead to convictions for unbelievers but it'll also sharpen believers.
That's what it did for me.
I realize that I cannot convert anyone.
Only the Holy Ghost can

May God continue to guide you as ypu disciple this precious one
There is great joy in heaven right now for this new child of God.
She can now boldly call God her father.

I love being a xtian, but i started to freak out as the dream re ocurred over and over again, i just woke up from an afternoon nap minutes ago and the same dream happened again but this time i wasn't sitting and listening to a sermon, i was on a horse protecting the man that usually preached the sermon in that giant mosque. Sha i think my mind is playing tricks on me.My only fear is that i know of a family years ago whose first son had such dreams and today they are all muslims. I need ur prayers ooo

@idupaul,

Okay, thank you for sharing frankly. I don't have any theological advice to yan or bore you with; and I've learnt that in such instances, a good listening heart pays far more. In which case, I would only say this: we're not going to pretend anything. And just as you requested, please know that you will be in our prayers. Periodically several Christians (even friends and brethren from the Catholic Church) will encourage you with the goodness of God's Word.

God bless you real good for sharing. cheesy

Hmnn. Classic Freudian: your night time dreams are your repressed thoughts and/or subconscious thoughts during the day; er, it could get worse (the explanation, that is). Do you remember the sermons? I'd bet you don't: but if you do, could you post them? A little window into your pretty mind Paul, a little window. Do you think your dreams are from God? What's the preacher (Imam) wearing? Is everyone looking at you like you don't belong? What're you dressed in? Details, Paul, details.

He clearly didn't; Paul didn't claim this dream was from God. That's the reason it was a question; what he thinks about this dream is important, isn't it? Of course, I'D first lean towards Freud, but, hmnn . . . Joseph, and, that Babylonian king with the long name . . . Now, you get it, I think.
