I'm really frustrated right now. I mean, i've been trying to learn PHP for 3 weeks now and only thing i know is

I tried downloading Wamp server for windows 8 64-bit for times but Airtel Network keep frustrating me. Now i've given up on downloading the server and decided to do my practice with free web hosting services that support php and most of them do not offer their free plans to IPs from Nigeria. I am currently using 000webhost but i don't each time i delete their default.php file and replace it with the one i created and uploaded into thd public_html file through ftp, the site will stop displaying well and show me something like Index of / myowndesign.php. It will only display if i click myowndesign.php. I got fed up and decided to edit the default.php into HTML since i don't know PHP. I have to keep the site running to avoid losing it so here is what i created with HTML.
