To God be all the whole glory, forever and ever! Amen.

My people, we have got a contract to build another beautiful house as usual. It is now in the tradition of the Spyder team to build powerful edifices across the nation.

The details of the project are as follows.

Project: Construction of a new 5 bedroom fully detached duplex
Location: Port Harcourt , Rivers State
Client: A Nairalander
Contractor: Tigerkenn Nig LTD
Budget:
Duration: 70 days.

The other finer details of this house are,5 bedrooms all en suite, a big car porch, ante-room, mini lounge, a large main lounge, large kitchen, dining room beautiful designed columns all around the house.

In fact, too much pretty additions, you need to see this ! I can't wait to start unfolding the packages.

This is a snapshot of how the house will look after construction.

We were mobilised to start this house even before I met with the client in person. Such trust in me, a mere stranger, I will never disappoint.

I quickly assembled a team of my workers and we moved straight into the site. We pegged the foundation.

This sentence, especially the part in bold, really got to me. In a society where dishonesty is almost celebrated, it is heart warming to know that a few will still stand for truth.
Spyder, never allow ANYTHING whatsoever to soil your reputation. It is the honesty and integrity which you have shown that keeps bringing business your way. You never bought it with money, and never let it get lost for the sake of it.

I am really looking forward to when it will be my turn to be your client. It is going to be very soon.

I am the one who called you few days ago, concerning a land your man Darlington is sourcing for me. Have spoken with him several times since then. We are about to make it happen, all thanks to you!

In order not confuse things, I will leave the budget alone for now. There has been a downward review of the budget and we are still working at it. Work is going on smoothly as we speak.
