1. Matthew 6: 14 says: "For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you."...Does this mean that since the time have kept a grudge with this person...God has not been forgiving me my sins? God has not been answering my prayers?....Does it always work that way?

In John 20: 23 Jesus was sending out His disciples to go and preach to the people, then he said, "If you forgive anyone’s sins, their sins are forgiven; if you do not forgive them, they are not forgiven." That means we have the power to forgive a random person's sins, just like God would? So instead of people confessing their sins to God and asking for forgiveness, they can as well meet us, tell us their sins....we forgive them, and so therefore God automatically forgives them in heaven too....is that the way it works?
