Please where is the first building materials testing laboratory in Nigeria. Saxywale things. I heard Obiano the governor of Anambra just opened the first building materials testing laboratory in Nigeria. www.nairaland.com/1792494/obiano-commissions-nigerias-first-building Is this truly the first in Nigeria? It takes a high level of intelligence coupled with progressive thinking to initiate a new thing where salaries payment only is the tradition of the entire polity.
