But here's the main trick behind it...
For images...if an image is about 350px on your browsers' window..
Instead of you writing 'width:350px' in your css code,just use the percentage value like webrabbi said.
But this has to be from 0% to 100%.
:: width: 100%; so when you resize your browser window, it also resizes, equally.
