i guess you meant not eligible. To be eligible, dial *440*440#, you'll receive a msg confirming your eligibility. Then try the code(*440*161#) again.

I got a call from them asking me to sub 1500 for 4gig bt I told them their ntw sucks bt he kept babbling that the ntw is now ok so its true

Get a 0802 sim it works.I have 081 and 0808 as well but only d 0802 is eligible. you can check your eligibility by dialling *440*161# without money in your phone. it is 4g for 1500 instead of 2 or 1g for 1500.by d way it works for android dats what m using....

Sorry, not always. I have 0802 but not eligible. Another of my sim with 0812 is eligible and that is what I am using now. May be there is something else they use.
