EASY WAY TO PRINT FROM YOUR ANDROID PHONE OR TABLET TO ANY PRINTER

WHAT IS GOOGLE CLOUD PRINT: According to the definition set forth by Google, This is a new technology that connects your printers to the web and securely send any file to your printer over the web. This tech works with any web-connected device you want to print from be it a phone,tablet,chromebook or Pc. But my emphasis here is limited to how it can be used to print from android to any printer.

Let's get started shall we, There are two type of printer that can be use, Wi-Fi Capable printer which makes it cloud Ready and Wi-Fi Not capable Printer which makes it Not cloud ready.
CLOUD READY PRINTER: This means you do not need a Pc to connect your android device to the printer since your printer can directly connect to your android phone or tablet over Wi-Fi. The set up instructions on setting up cloud ready printer vary for each printer. So visit cloud print site and get the set up for your printer and you can head back here.
NOT CLOUD READY: If your printer is not Wi-Fi capable ,then you will need a computer that is connected to the internet and connect your printer to it. From your Pc, fire up your chrome browser and make sure you are signed in with the same Google account associated with your android device. From the Chrome menu, head to settings>>>Advance settings at the bottom>>>Locate Google Cloud Print and click Manage under it. Click Add Printers and check the box(es) for the Printer(s) you want to Print to from your android device and click Add Printers again.
SETTING UP YOUR ANDROID DEVICE:After you have successfully set up your printer with Google Cloud Print, The the next step is to set up your android device which can be done by downloading Google Cloud Print for your android device from Google Play Store which appear as a standalone app for android earlier version before Kitkat But on Kitkat, It works in the background, and will appear in the notification shade when you've initiated a print job.
PRINTING You are now ready to start printing from the Gallery or Chrome, Just tap the menu button in either app and choose Print. A window will pop up, requesting you choose your printer, along with other various settings, which may include size and color of paper. Hit Print, and the item will be sent to your printer.
With this Google Cloud Print on your android, You can only print photos,web pages and Doc but Making use of third-party apps like Cloud Print Plus, you can expand that selection to text messages, contacts, email attachments, and files stored on your device.
