Hi pals, please I want to know whether one can use a non registered company as employment history/work experience and as reference. The place I did my industrial training was niece and quite innovative, infact, their approach towards practical is perfect but in terms of paper work and speech, they are not that good. Again, the firm is not registered. Can I use the Director of the company as refernce in my resume? Because I have phobia over my prospective employers' phone calls. To me being registered or not is not the issue, sometimes ur prospective employer calls ur previous employer to knw more abt you. they also use ur previous employment to measure ur experience.
