I was really pleases wen i got 2 discover dat the federal govt. had inaugurated a task force "NATIONAL COMMITTEE AGAINST TOUTING(NCAT)" I dont really know if d committee is operational in Uyo the Akwa Ibom State capital, if they are, somebody should help me draw their attention to the Julius Berger Plc main yard @ ITAM, coz there's a group of ppl who have been in the bussiness of ilegal extortion 4rm every contractor/suplier to d construction giant to the tune of #60,000(sixty thousand naira) per truck as in d case of deisel supply. The point is that the hoodlumps do not remit the money extorted( to the tune of #700,000 weekly) to any body apart from using it to enrich themselves. I want to use these medium 2 plead with Nairalanders to help us stop this illegality be giving us usefull informations on how to get NCAT into this area. ***pls post any usefull information(eg. contact number/e-mail address of NCAT) should post it here to help us put an end to this madness, tnz*** |
