Anybody who creates scarcity so that people depend on him,it or them and finally controls them weda by subtle mischievous means,ruse or by force should be the main cause of naija's ungovernable nature.
Abundance = choice = freedom ( other advanced countries)
Scarcity= dependency= control. ( Naija.. etc)

You made some valid points there. But it is worth noting that life is a fight for territory and scarce resources. What you don't fight against will take over you & u lose what u dont fight for.

How about starting with the butchering of our innocent, dynamic, and hardworking Youth Corpers,whose major offense was serving their country during and election.

How about the butchering of innocent people in Nigeria before this government, and before the government, before the government ...

I can go on and on, and the period where butchering of citizens at the whims and caprices of fellow citizens with impunity will keep changing. That is at the heart of the matter. This butchering with impunity is what is making Nigeria ungovernable!
