About the role (External)
You’ll be the friendly and informed representative of Certification Edge Fully focused on meeting the needs of customers, you’ll be the heart and soul of a first class, learning organization. It’s a highly visible role, supporting everyone from customers and visitors, to contractors, retailers and corporate customers. Your commitment to providing excellent customer service means you’re also confident dealing with difficult and frustrated customers. When there’s a delay or disruption, you’ll keep a calm head and carry on providing the best service possible.
You’ll enjoy a varied range of responsibilities. Spanning from supporting our clients before and after our training programs.

• Experience of working in a customer-facing service environment.

Salary: #60,000 to 80,000 monthly
