Hello gurus in the house, please I need help with my Acer laptop. I bought it a month ago and have started having problems with it. 1. The screen usually go blank when I put it on and it stays like that until I remove the battery. 2. Sometimes, if I try 2 shut it down it won't shut down 3. When I try installing PES(soccer) in it, it was giving me ERROR and saying I should re-install a file which I know I didn't delete at the first place. I finally decide to reset into factory default setting with the recovery disc that came with it but whenever I insert the disc, it won't just run...I dont know maybe I should format this windows 8 and install windows 7. Please I need advice
