Ok so my my bag was stolen by a friend with some stuff in it like my laptop ,andriod phone...etc valued at 80,000.....and after one week , the criminal changed his number, i got his new number 4rm his facebook account....and the new number rings till this very day. My question is how can i trace d number? Or does d nigerian police hav d tools 2 do d tracing?......has anybody here been in this sort of situation? |

There's an android application for that purpose. Its called phone number locator. It only tells you the state or LGA where the number is located. You will find it on google play store. |
