It's part of the function is very similar with Huawei E8278, but Huawei is connected to 4G LTE, and supports the power adapter, this is it? and how about the price?

This Huawei you mentioned is good but it's only a modem it can't create Hotspot, no internal battery.
Andin a country like nigeria, where power is not constant and 4G lte still spreading..
I think this the suitable mifi router(with 3.75G)portable to carry to charge your phone and create Hotspot all day.. You can't go wrong.
I can now share my data plan to my friends and family..
And if my phone is lasting for 6 hours on 3g, now it will last for 8+ because am connected to wifi..
